NOVELTY - Silicone protective cover is prepared by kneading and molding the raw materials including 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 5-7 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 10-12 pts. wt. silicone resin, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. inhibitor, 0.5 pts. wt. catalyst, and 45-55 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler. The thermally conductive filler is prepared by using 100 pts. wt. modified polyurethane fiber, 43-47 pts. wt. graphene, 15-18 pts. wt. N-phenylamino-cage polysilsesquioxane, 7-9 pts. wt. allyl alcohol glycidyl ether, 5-10 pts. wt. metal oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. boron nitride, and 55-65 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Silicone protective cover for a mobile storage hard disk. ADVANTAGE - The silicone protective cover has a high thermal conductivity. The mobile storage hard drive with a thickness of more than 3 mm also shows an ideal heat dissipation effect, and the silicone has high rebound resilience, good surface touch, good buffering and anti-drop protection effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicone protective cover, which involves: i. mixing vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and silicone resin at the temperature of 60±5℃ for 45-60 minutes to obtain base rubber; ii. adding the thermally conductive filler and the inhibitor into the base rubber, mixing for 30-45 minutes at the temperature of 80±5℃, and finally adding the catalyst to continue mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain the heat-conducting base rubber; and iii. injecting the heat-conducting base rubber into a mold, carrying out compression molding at the vulcanization temperature of 180±10℃, pressure of 15-20 MPa for 90-120 seconds to obtain the silicone protective cover.
