NOVELTY - Graphene with high coefficient of friction comprises 1-6 layers of graphene containing defects, where the defect type at least includes a topological defect, a vacancy defect or an interstitial atom defect, and the graphene containing topological defects is high-coefficient of friction. The distribution mode of the vacancy defect and the interstituted atom defect is completely and uniformly dispersed on the surface of the graphene. The 1-50 vacancy defects and interstitution atom defects are present on each square micron. The proportion range of the two defects is 1:1-3:1. The friction signal range under the test of the atomic force microscope is 0-70 mV. USE - The method for preparing high-coefficient of friction graphite alkene by using ion beam auxiliary deposition device and used in electronic and mechanical biosensor, manufacturing defect or nanometer hole in graphene two-dimensional plane, friction control, seawater desalination, sewage treatment and air purification. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-coefficient of friction graphite alkene.
