NOVELTY - Super-leveling acid rain-resistant powder coating comprises 50-60 wt.% carboxy polyester resin, 3.5-5.5 wt.% triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) curing agent, 2.5-4 wt.% leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% weather resistance additive, 0.3-0.8 wt.% benzoin, and pigment and filler (balance). USE - The powder coating is useful for an aluminum profile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder coating has no volatile organic compound, is environmentally friendly, energy saving, has high construction efficiency, wide application range, very good acid-proof performance, good leveling effect, and can reach powder coating institute flow level grade 8.
