NOVELTY - The production method of silicon nanoparticles-containing carbon nanotubes involves dissolving silicon nanoparticles in alcohol solution, adding hydrofluoric acid/nitric acid, reacting, adding obtained solution to polyvinylidene difluoride membrane, filtering, vacuum-drying, placing in glove box, subjecting silicon nanoparticles to hydrosilylation reaction, surface-treating with organic compound containing double or triple carbon bonds and organic solvent, placing in glove box, reacting, adding graphene and evaporating to dryness. USE - Production of silicon nanoparticles-containing composite carbon nanotubes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of silicon nanoparticles-containing composite carbon nanotubes with high yield, purity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of silicon nanoparticles-containing carbon nanotubes involves dissolving 10-100 mg silicon nanoparticles in 1-100 ml alcohol solution, ultrasonically-processing for 30-60 minutes, adding hydrofluoric acid/nitric acid, reacting for 5-10 minutes, adding obtained solution to polyvinylidene difluoride membrane, filtering, vacuum-drying, placing in a glove box, subjecting silicon nanoparticles to hydrosilylation reaction, surface-treating silicon nanoparticles with organic compound containing double or triple carbon bonds and organic solvent, heating at 150-300 degrees C until the reaction solution becomes clear, placing in glove box, reacting, adding graphene and evaporating to dryness.
