ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the vanadium pentoxide composite graphene foam electrode plate in a cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A vanadium pentoxide composite graphene foam electrode plate preparation method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene into ball mill to ball milling, dispersing the ball-milled mixture into mixed solution of ethanol and water by ultrasonically to form suspension. The foamed nickel in the suspension is immersed. The solvent is evaporated and dried. The foamed nickel into muffle furnace protected by hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas is placed.
