▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Vermiculite-based graphene composite porous adsorbent comprises 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 990-999 pts. wt. inorganic binder and 1 pt. wt. vermiculite. USE - The adsorbent is useful for sewage purification, adsorption of oily liquid and water separation, and for cleaning lake and sea oil. ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent adopts simple production process, is easily mass produced, has high porosity, large specific surface area, high strength, high oil-water selection, and excellent adsorption, can be repeatedly used, and is a high-strength vermiculite-based three-dimensional porous structure, which is obtained by argon gas protection and one-step low-temperature sintering method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the adsorbent, involving (i) mixing graphene oxide with inorganic binder, and ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours to obtain a binder glass water solution containing graphene oxide, (ii) mixing vermiculite with 5-12 pts. wt. inorganic binder containing graphene oxide into a slurry to obtain a vermiculite slurry, (iii) pouring the slurry into a mold and shaking, leaving still at room temperature for 24 hours in an air atmosphere to obtain a vermiculite ceramic mold comprising an inorganic binder of graphene oxide, and (iv) drying the vermiculite ceramic mold in an oven at 110 degrees C for 24 hours, and heat-treating the dried vermiculite ceramic mold at 800-1200 degrees C under argon atmosphere for 2-4 hours to obtain the porous material.
