NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/silica-aluminum trioxide nanocomposite water-based lubricant is a mixture comprising (based on the total mass of lubricant) 0.01-0.1 mass% two-dimensional material graphene oxide nanoflakes, 0.01-0.1 mass% three-dimensional material silica particles, 0.01-0.1 mass% three-dimensional material aluminum trioxide nanoparticles, 5-30 mass% pH adjusting agent glycerol, and balance deionized water. USE - Graphene oxide/silica-aluminum trioxide nanocomposite water-based lubricant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the water-based lubricant comprising under highly acidic environment of sulfuric acid, nitric acid and potassium sulfate, oxidizing natural graphite powder into graphite oxide to form graphite oxide solution, after oxidation reaction, filtering the graphite oxide solution, repeatedly washing with deionized water until the pH of the solution is 5-7, ultrasonically processing to obtain two-dimensional graphene oxide aqueous solution, filtering, dialyzing, freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide powder, dispersing and dissolving into deionized water, mechanically stirring and ultrasonically processing for 60-120 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide aqueous solution, taking graphene oxide aqueous solution and anhydrous ethanol, water bath heating while slowly mixing until temperature reaches 70-80 degrees C, gradually adding ammonia water and ethyl orthosilicate, under mechanical stirring for 2-3 hours at constant temperature, finally cooling the solution to room temperature, centrifugally processing at 15000-20000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 20-40 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide/silicon dioxide nanopowder, where the volume ratio of graphene oxide aqueous solution, absolute ethyl alcohol, ammonia water and ethyl orthosilicate is 5.7-17.1:75-225:3-9:4.5-13.5, dispersing and dissolving the prepared graphene oxide/silicon dioxide nanopowder into deionized water, mechanically stirring and ultrasonically processing for 10-30 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide/silicon dioxide nanocomposite nanoparticle aqueous solution, adding the three-dimensional material aluminum oxide and pH adjusting agent glycerol, mechanically stirring for 30-60 minutes, and strongly ultrasonically treating for 30-60 minutes at 0 degrees C.
