NOVELTY - Deep-colored polyamide composite material capable of high definition laser identification comprises 50-56 wt.% nylon resin, 29-33 wt.% glass fiber, 12-18 wt.% halogen-free flame retardant, 0.1-1 wt.% graphene masterbatch, 0.3-0.8 wt.% dispersant, 0.3-0.5 wt.% antioxidant and 0.1-0.6 wt.% complex pigment. USE - Used as deep-colored polyamide composite material capable of high definition laser identification. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has a synergistic effect with complex pigments; does not need to add laser powder to the material; and has low precipitation and good flame retardancy and insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing deep-colored polyamide composite material capable of high definition laser identification comprising (a) uniformly stirring nylon resin, graphene masterbatch, dispersant, antioxidant and complex pigment, adding halogen-free flame retardant and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniform and (b) using a twin-screw extruder, adding the mixture from the main feed port, adding the glass fiber from the side feeding port, melt blending, extruding and pelletizing.
