▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A combination of nanoparticles applied onto a mask filtration system comprises 1-10% graphene, 1-10% titanium dioxide, 1-10% zinc oxide, 1-10% copper oxide, 1-10% silicon dioxide, and remainder of solvent. USE - Combination of nanoparticles for mask filtration system for filtering airborne pollutants comprising PM2.5 and aerosolized virus particles of severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus disease (SARS-CoV2), middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS), severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and influenza (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The combined nanoparticles provide mask having improved particle filtration efficiency, and virus filtration efficiency by impregnating optimized mixture of nanomaterials, in efficient and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a mask filtration system, which comprises an outer nonwoven layer (2) sized and configured to block big droplets and particles, a middle melt-blown layer (4) sized and configured for electrostatic filtration, an inner nonwoven layer (6) sized and configured to absorb breathed vapor, and nanoparticles applied onto the outer nonwoven layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of deposition of nanoparticles on a multi-layer filtration system in surgical mask. 2Outer nonwoven layer 4Middle melt-blown layer 6Inner nonwoven layer 8Ear loops 12Aerosolized spray
