▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide/konjac glucomannan degradable composite film material involves preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution with concentration of 0.01-1 %mass, adding konjac glucomannan into graphene oxide aqueous solution under stirring in mass ratio of 1:1-200, stirring at 30-60 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, forming film solution, pouring the film solution into a die, drying in drying oven, cooling, removing the film to obtain composite film, placing the composite film in glutaraldehyde aqueous solution, reacting at 5-60 degrees C for 1-5 hours and drying. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide/konjac glucomannan degradable composite film material used as tissue engineering support material and package material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/konjac glucomannan degradable composite film material is manufactured efficiently with excellent mechanical property, heat stability, degradability and biocompatibility.
