▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Synthesis of a graphene sheet comprises passing liquid ethanol droplets through a plasma field, where the ethanol droplets evaporate and dissociate in the plasma, forming solid matter; and collecting the solid matter with a collector. USE - Method for the synthesis of a graphene sheet (claimed), e.g. used in composites, electronic devices, sensors, photodetectors, batteries, ultracapacitors, and imaging substrates. ADVANTAGE - The method rapidly and continuously produces graphene in ambient conditions without the use of graphite or substrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for direct imaging of functionalized nanoparticles, comprising: (A) providing nanoparticles coated with surface molecules; (B) producing graphene sheets; (C) collecting the graphene sheets with a collector; (D) applying the coated nanoparticles to a surface of the graphene sheets; and (E) imaging the surface molecules on the surface of the nanoparticles the graphene sheets with a transmission electron microscope.
