▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves depositing graphene in an end of an optical fiber. Solution is provided with graphene oxide and polymer. Phosphoric acid or potassium permanganate is dispersed into cooled sulfuric acid in order to manufacture a mixture. The mixture is dried at room temperature after washing by ionized water. The washed mixture and the dried mixture are filtered. An organic solvent is dimethylformamide and polyvinylacetate. USE - Graphene/polymer composite mode-locker manufacturing method for a pulse laser apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preventing deformation and distortion of the graphene in the optical fiber by providing buffering effect and reducing tension applied to a nanostructure. The method enables successfully forming a super-high speed laser pulse based on non-linearity of the graphene.
