NOVELTY - Epoxy coating for pipeline comprises 28-45 pts. wt. bisphenol F epoxy resin, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 5-15 pts. wt. chopped polyester fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. glass flakes, 3-5 pts. wt. mono-epoxy resin as reactive diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 5-15 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 3-6 pts. wt. pigment, and 8-10 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Epoxy coating for pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy coating is self-lubricating and solvent free, reduce the resistance during the coating extrusion process, improves the corrosion resistance of the coating, has increased flexural resistance and adhesive strength and produces good thixotropy of the coating system that helps in achieving thick epoxy coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing epoxy coating, which involves taking prescribed amount of bisphenol F epoxy resin and mono-epoxy resins, placing them in a reaction vessel and stirring uniformly, gradually adding the pigment, aluminum tripolyphosphate and zinc phosphate, and mixing at a high speed to obtain content; placing the content in pin type horizontal sand mill for grinding to obtain content with fineness of less than 20 micrometer; gradually adding graphene powder, chopped polyester fiber and glass flakes to the obtained content and mixing to obtain paint; and adding the obtained paint and curing agent into a reaction kettle, agitating uniformly to obtain final product; and (2) a method for constructing pipeline, which involves applying self-lubricating and solvent-free epoxy coating in the inner wall of pipeline body, and the pipeline comprises a inlet end provided with a pressure gauge, a main body provided with a rubber ball, and a damping regulating valve arranged at the outlet end of the pipeline.
