DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of phosphorus-doped graphene comprising dispersing graphite oxide and organic phosphine compound in organic solvent at mass ratio of 1:5-20, reacting at 60 degrees C, volatilizing solvent, and raising temperature to 600-1100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours under inert gas.
