▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing poly-dopamine/graphene oxide/collagen nano-film biological activity slow-release coating comprises soaking the pre-treated titanium sheet into sodium hydroxide solution for corrosion treatment; placing the corrosion sample in de-ionized water, performing ultrasonic cleaning, and drying for further use; soaking the obtained titanium sample in diluted hydrochloric acid solution; calcining the obtained titanium sample in a muffle furnace and placing in deionized water for soaking and cleaning and drying for use; preparing dopamine hydrochloride solution, graphene oxide suspension, and I type collagen solution; dripping the dopamine hydrochloride solution into the pre-treated titanium sample surface to react, and then washing by de-ionized water; dripping the graphene oxide suspension into the titanium sample surface to react and washing; and dripping the I-type collagen solution into the titanium sample surface to react, and washing. USE - The method is useful for constructing sustained-release coating based on polydopamine/graphene oxide/collagen nano-film biological activity. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to construct biological active substance slow-release coating based on poly-dopamine/graphene oxide/collagen nano-film, which has good clinical application prospect.
