NOVELTY - Graphene in situ modified epoxy SBS resin comprises graphene and epoxy SBS resin, where the graphene is an amino functionalized graphene, and amino functionalized graphene is obtained by modifying graphene oxide. The epoxy SBS resin is obtained by epoxidizing SBS resin under certain conditions, and is a thermoplastic elastomer polystyrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer having a molecular weight of 30,000-60,000. The styrene content is 15-35%. The epoxy SBS resin has an epoxy group having a mass fraction of 3-25%. The graphene mass accounts for 0.01-10% of the mass of the epoxy SBS resin. USE - Graphene in situ modified epoxy SBS resin. ADVANTAGE - The graphene in situ modified epoxy SBS resin has good physical and mechanical properties, has achieves enhancement of the epoxy SBS molecular chain, and has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene in-situ modified epoxy SBS resin, which involves: (A) ultrasonically oxidizing graphene oxide powder dispersed in a volume of benign solvent; (B) adding the diamine compound having a mass ratio of 1:0.1-10 is slowly to the graphene oxide dispersion; (C) refluxing the reaction at a temperature of 40-150 degrees C for a reaction time of 2-48 hours to obtain a black dispersion; (D) washing the obtained black dispersion sufficiently with absolute ethanol; (E) drying in a vacuum and crushing to obtain an amino-functionalized graphene powder; (F) dissolving the epoxy SBS resin in a benign solvent; (G) adding the amino-functionalized graphene to the solution, and the ultrasonic dispersion is uniform; (H) refluxing the reaction at a temperature of 40-120 degrees C for a reaction time of 2-48 hours to obtain a black liquid having a certain viscosity; (I) black liquid has a certain viscosity liquid settled in ethanol; and (J) removing excess solvent to obtain graphene in-situ modified epoxy SBS resin.
