NOVELTY - The immersion active adjusting device has a wetting adjusting structure (300) set on the surface of a base structure (100) and connected with a driving structure. Multiple branches of the head are folded or separated to deform under the stimulation of driving structure through stimulation signal, so as to realize the adjustment of hydrophobic or hydrophilic characteristic. The material of the driving structure is selected from a group consisting of polypyrrole, polylacticacid/carbon black, polylactic acid/graphene. USE - Immersion active adjusting device for preparation of wetting interface material for use in micro-fluidic control, oil-water separation and intelligent sensing field. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize the requirement of different hydrophobic or hydrophilic degree by controlling the deformation of the micro-structure, while meeting the requirements of different functionality, responsiveness and response action.
