NOVELTY - Producing three-dimensional graphene composite, comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide colloid solution, (b) producing three-dimensional graphene oxide by spray-drying the obtained colloidal solution, (c) reducing by heat-treating the obtained three-dimensional graphene oxide, and (d) performing multi-component doping by mixing reduced three-dimensional graphene with ammonium thiocyanate as doping agent. USE - The composite is useful in super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for three-dimensional graphene composite prepared by the above method.
