NOVELTY - Thermally conductive phase change particle encapsulated by worm graphite, comprises hydrophilic modified worm graphite and an organic phase change material. USE - Used thermally conductive phase change particle. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive phase change particle has high phase change enthalpy giving material passive temperature adjusting ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing heat-conducting phase-change particles comprising mixing hydrophilically modified worm graphite with absolute ethanol, adding organic phase-change materials to melt and mix, and then vacuum drying; thermal interface material, comprising the thermally conductive phase-change particles, liquid polymers and thermally conductive fillers; and preparing thermal interface material comprising uniformly mixing the thermally conductive phase-change particles, thermally conductive fillers, and liquid polymers in a vacuum environment, and curing, preferably, curing temperature is 80-100°C, the curing time is 10-100 minutes.
