NOVELTY - Processing and recycling of papermaking white water comprises e.g. (i) adding oxidized graphene aqueous solution in reaction container, adding ascorbate into oxidized graphene aqueous solution, placing in water bath to obtain hydrogel, subjecting to dialysis treatment, freezing and drying to obtain graphene air gel integral material packaging in adsorption tower, (ii) placing prepared graphene air gel integral material in adsorption tower, entering paper-making white water in adsorption tower and (iii) intercepting papermaking white water fine fiber and particulate matter. USE - The method is useful for processing and recycling papermaking white water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures water quality of processed water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing and recycling of papermaking white water comprises (i) adding 2-10 mg/ml oxidized graphene aqueous solution in reaction container, then adding 0.5 times of ascorbate into the oxidized graphene aqueous solution, placing in 80 degrees C water bath to obtain hydrogel, subjecting to dialysis treatment, freezing, and drying to obtain graphene air gel integral material packaging in adsorption tower, (ii) placing the prepared graphene air gel integral material in the adsorption tower, ensuring that there is no gap in plane, entering paper-making white water in the adsorption tower by pressurizing pump and discharging the graphene air gel macroscopic integral material from the bottom of the absorption tower after purification treatment, (iii) intercepting the papermaking white water fine fiber and particulate matter in graphene air gel integral material surface, by manual cleaning or mechanical scraping, collecting soluble substances by the graphene air gel macroscopic whole material adsorption, saturating the adsorption and activating the alkene gas gel integral material and (iv) graphene air gel integral material selecting different processing modes, recycling useful material for back washing and leaching by extrusion, rapidly discharging to recover useful substances if there is no need to recycle related matter, burning of the graphite gas gel macroscopic integral material to remove adsorbed substances so as to activate, after activation treatment of graphene air gel integral material repeatedly recycling and then starting the next round of papermaking white water processing.
