Molybdenum oxide nanoribbons/graphene composite is prepared by weighing graphene oxide dispersion with water, stirring and dispersing to obtain diluted dispersion, slowly adding nitric acid, stirring continued, mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed acid, adding mixed acid with sodium molybdate, stirring to obtain a mixed reaction solution, mixing the reaction solution, subjecting to hydrothermal reaction, followed by separating product, and drying. USE - Method for preparing one-dimensional metal molybdenum oxide nanobelt/graphene composite semiconductor material for interdigital electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite semiconductor material with high controllability, short preparation period, high yield, in simple and cost effective manner. The hydrogen-sensitive element has high sensitivity, quick response and short reply time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An one-dimensional metal molybdenum oxide nanobelt/graphene composite semiconductor material preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide by taking 0.5-6.0g good graphite, 3.0-36.0g potassium permanganate, adding to the beaker and stirred with a glass rod, mix well to obtain a solid mixed powder, adding 60-720ml mass fraction of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 8-80ml mass fraction of 65% concentrated phosphoric acid added to the solid mixed powder containing beaker and stirred uniformly mixed, to obtain a mixed liquid, mixing the liquid beaker, placing in a water bath at 50 degrees C, and stirring continued, incubating for 12 hours, to give viscous liquid product mixture, adding 1-20 ml, 30% hydrogen peroxide, 20-1000ml distilled water, stir, freezing, forming ice, mixing viscous liquid of ice until the product, completely dissolved with stirring evenly by using 5% hydrochloric acid, distilled water, ethanol, centrifuging and washing alternately, until the product is neutral, the resulting product is graphene oxide dispersion, a concentration of 2-40mg / ml.
