USE - The multilayer composite graphene thermal interface material is useful in integrated circuit packaging and electronic radiating. ADVANTAGE - The material has extremely low interfacial contact thermal resistance, low application thermal resistance, and excellent tensile properties and resilience, can effectively fill the tolerance, and meets the heat dissipation needs of high-end chips and high-power servers, military industry, aerospace and other fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material, involving (a)providing the graphene array composite film, (b) covering the surface of the graphene array composite film with an adhesive fully or partially, and stacking multiple layers of the graphene array composite film, or first laminate multiple layers of the graphene array composite film, and covering the edge of the laminated film with an adhesive, and (c) applying pressure and/or temperature to bond the multiple layers of the graphene array composite film through an adhesive to obtain the material.
