NOVELTY - The method involves blending specific fibers to obtain a functional yarn. The weaving is performed using a weft knitting machine and a tissue structure is completed by a six-way weaving cycle. The six-way weaving process is repeated, where the six ways form one cycle. The weaving is again performed to obtain a grey cloth fabric. The obtained grey cloth fabric is subjected to dyeing and finishing after being pre-set to obtain a graphene mixed heat-generating fabric. USE - Method of manufacturing graphene mixed heat-generating fabric. ADVANTAGE - The manufacturing process can realize the characteristics of moisture absorption function, heat-generating function, and good far-infrared emission heat-generating function. The measured data of each functional index of the graphene mixed heat-generating fabric are higher than the requirements of the industry and the national standard. The manufactured fabric is good in product function, wide in audience range, and good in market prospects.
