NOVELTY - High-strength graphite two-color floor heating tray, has an extruding graphite layer (1) at upper end, and an expanded polystyrene block fuel layer (2) at lower end. The upper end surface array of extruding graphite layer at upper end is connected with multiple graphite material limiting post (3). The expanded polystyrene block fuel layer has 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 13-14 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 12-14 pts. wt. polysulfone resin, 5-10 pts. wt. asbestos, 4-7 pts. wt. chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 5-8 pts. wt. white carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-8 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, and is prepared by (a) heating polyurethane resin and melting; (b) adding polycarbonate and polysulfone resin into molten polyurethane, melting; (c) adding white carbon black and graphene, stirring; (d) adding asbestos and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, cooling; (e) taking out and crushing, adding bamboo fiber, mixing, heating; and (f) foaming and molding mixture. USE - High-strength graphite two-color floor heating tray. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength graphite double-color floor heating tray solves the problem that the existing floor heating is inconvenient to pave, and the problem of bad heat preservation property. The device has good heat preservation effect, and is convenient to characteristics.
