NOVELTY - Modified thin film of tantalum oxide preparation involves preprocessing by using electrolytic solution and deionized water, where electrolytic solution comprises tantalum oxide, surfactants, pyrrole, graphene oxide and glycol. The obtained material is performed for voltammetry process at normal temperature and normal pressure to prepare a tantalum oxide thin film, where voltammetry system is composed of saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, molybdenum as working electrode. The obtained tantalum oxide thin film is heated at 100-400 degrees C for 10 hours, and then cooled naturally. USE - Method for preparing modified thin film of tantalum oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified thin film of tantalum oxide in simple and eco-friendly manner.
