The stripping reactor is set with multiple electrolytic unit and a heater used for heating the electrolysis unit. The electrolysis unit comprises an electrolytic bath and electric source. The electrolysis bath graphite column is set in blind hole opened along the axis as the anode, center of the graphite column, blind holes are inserted with platinum as cathode. The platinum top and graphite column bottom are connected with the electric source. The electrolysis bath is added electrolyte. The electrolyte is ammonium sulfate solution, ammonium sulfate aqueous solution or ammonium nitrate aqueous solution where a top part of the stripping reactor is set with an exhaust port. USE - The device is useful for preparing functional graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises acidifying reactor which is used for acid treatment. The graphite column acidification reactor is set with a stirrer. The electrochemical stripping reactor is used for stripping after acidification of the graphite column. The stripping reactor is set with multiple electrolytic unit and a heater used for heating the electrolysis unit. The electrolysis unit comprises an electrolytic bath and electric source. The electrolysis bath graphite column is set in blind hole opened along the axis as the anode, center of the graphite column, blind holes are inserted with platinum as cathode. The platinum top and graphite column bottom are connected with the electric source. The electrolysis bath is added electrolyte. The electrolyte is ammonium sulfate solution, ammonium sulfate aqueous solution or ammonium nitrate aqueous solution where a top part of the stripping reactor is set with an exhaust port.
