NOVELTY - Preparation of glass fiber ball bundle loaded graphene aerogel involves (1) preparing glass fiber ball bundles using waste printed circuit board non-metallic powder, and immersing in 0.1-3 wt.% hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution for 3-30 minutes, (2) adding graphene oxide to dispersant, ultrasonically processing for 10-60 minutes, taking upper dispersion, adding ethylenediamine, ultrasonically processing again for 10-60 minutes, then adding the glass fiber ball bundles, stirring for 5-30 minutes, filtering through an 80-100 mesh screen, washing with washing liquid, and collecting a glass fiber bundle sample, (3) freezing the sample under liquid nitrogen for 5-10 minutes, and freeze-drying at 30-100℃ for 12-24 hours to obtain glass fiber ball bundle-loaded graphene oxide aerogel, and (4) vacuum-drying at 100-200℃ for 12-24 hours. ADVANTAGE - The method provides glass fiber ball bundle loaded graphene aerogel, which is convenient to use, has wide application range, and makes up for the deficiency of block-shaped aerogel.
