NOVELTY - Processing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion modified complex filter material comprises (i) (a) using glass fiber with size of 2 mux51 mm, polyphenylsulfone terephthalamide fiber with size of 1 Dx51 mm and polyimide fiber with size of 1 Dx60 mm as raw materials, and carding process, (b) using glass fiber with size of 5 mux51 mm, polyphenylsulfone terephthalamide fiber with size of 2 Dx51 mm and polyimide fiber with size of 2 Dx60 mm as raw materials, and carding, (c) using PTFE sewing thread, and making base cloth, and (d) complexing dust-facing surface with microfiber layer, placing complex fiber layer on clean air surface on both sides of the base fabric, and entangling and strengthening by high-pressure spunlace process, drying filter felt material, singeing and calendaring to obtain finished complex filter material, and (ii) soaking complex filter material in PTFE emulsion, rolling and pressing the soaked complex filter material, pre-baking, and baking. USE - The method is useful for processing PTFE emulsion modified complex filter material, which is useful in a filter device for reducing pollution. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves excellent mechanical property, filtering performance and filtering efficiency, and high-efficiency ventilation performance; prolongs the service life to a specific extent; and ensures the quality of the prepared filter material; and utilizes the glass fiber of special material as raw material for preparing the filter material, which can further improve the mechanical property and wear resistance of the material to prolong the life time of the filter, and improve the quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion modified complex filter material comprises (i) (a) using glass fiber with size of 2 mux51 mm, polyphenylsulfone terephthalamide fiber with size of 1 Dx51 mm and polyimide fiber with size of 1 Dx60 mm as raw materials, and carding process to obtain ultra-fine complex fiber layer on the dust-facing surface, (b) using glass fiber with size of 5 mux51 mm, polyphenylsulfone terephthalamide fiber with size of 2 Dx51 mm and polyimide fiber with size of 2 Dx60 mm as raw materials, and carding process to obtain clean air surface complex fiber layer, (c) using PTFE sewing thread made of 500dtex PTFE filament by twisting and plying as raw material, and making base cloth through conventional processing technology, and (d) complexing dust-facing surface with microfiber layer, placing complex fiber layer on clean air surface on both sides of the base fabric, and entangling and strengthening by high-pressure spunlace process, drying filter felt material, singeing and calendaring to obtain finished complex filter material, and (ii) soaking complex filter material obtained in step (i) in PTFE emulsion, rolling and pressing the soaked complex filter material under rolling pressure of 0.4 MPa, pre-baking at 90-100degreesC for 10-20 minutes, and baking at 150-170degreesC for 5-8 minutes to obtain finished product of PTFE emulsion modified complex filter material.
