NOVELTY - Multifunctional light emitting diode packaging structure comprises a base, where the base is paved with a graphene heat dissipation sheet (2), and the graphene heat dissipation sheet is provided with a heat-insulating packaging mechanism. The heat-insulating packaging mechanism is paved with an LED light source assembly (23). The light-emitting source assembly includes an LED cathode welding plate, an LED anode welding plate, a near-infrared LED source, an infrared LED source, a far-infidelity LED source and a light-sensitive LED source. The light emitting diode source assembly is provided with light adjusting welding point and light emitting diode circuit packaging structure. USE - Used as a multifunctional light emitting diode packaging structure. ADVANTAGE - The mutual connection between light sources can realize good lumen output superposition, satisfy requirement of high brightness illumination. The packaging structure improves the reliability of the mechanical protection, enhances the radiating effect, saves the radiator cost and reduces the heat dissipation caused by the light source surface flame combustion, avoids the dead lamp, light decay and color temperature drift, avoids short service life, working efficiency is reduced and the defective product rework.
