▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite particle defined by a shape and a size comprises a solid filler particle and a graphene coating layer formed on at least a portion of an outer surface of calcium carbonate particle and independent of a binder. USE - The composite particle is useful as a filler in a polymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite particle: is a binder-free, low-cost solid filler with reduced wear on composite material processing equipment; can be mass-produced and can be handled easily by widely available process equipment to produce polymer composite materials; and provides composite material having improved impact and compressive strength as well as improved chemical resistance due to the mechanical strength and flexibility, barrier properties, and chemical resistance of the graphene coated calcium carbonate filler material, and having a high resistance to acids. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composite material comprising a polymer material and many composite particles in the polymer material.
