NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene film involves (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) heating the graphene oxide dispersion obtained in step (i), (iii) placing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in step (ii) on a substrate to prepare graphene oxide dispersion liquid film, (iv) drying the graphene oxide dispersion film obtained in step (iii) to prepare a graphene oxide film and (v) irradiating the graphene oxide film obtained in the reduction step (iv) using laser light to prepare the product. USE - Method for preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the laser power, can use low-power laser machine as low as 1 mW, is simple, economical, environmentally-friendly, and suitable for large-scale production, and the graphene film is three-dimensional, porous and has high specific surface area.
