NOVELTY - The material has a cobalt-containing compound used as precursor of cobalt. A carbon-nano-material is used as a substrate and synthesized by chemical bonding action, where the chemical bonding action comprises interaction, amide bond cross-linking or covalent bonding, and the carbon nano-material is carbon nano-tube and graphene carbon nano-tube, and mass ratio of the cobalt-containing compound to the carbon nano-material is 1:5-20. USE - Single-atom cobalt nano-enzyme material for use in a biological electrode of a flexible electrochemical chip sensor (all claimed) in vivo and in vitro biological research and clinical diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The material has wide linear range, low detection limit, fast and sensitive response, good reproducibility, stability and selectivity, and can achieve sensitive detection of in vivo and in vitro NO.
