NOVELTY - Composite film comprises 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has good mechanical property, antistatic property and dimensional stability, and can be prepared using simple operation without using any solvent in an eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite film comprising (1) uniformly mixing graphene with 0.5-5 wt.% of titanate coupling agent and nanomaterial dispersing agent in a high speed mixer for 2-20 minutes to obtain surface modified graphene, (2) then mixing the surface modified graphene with polyvinyl chloride resin in the high speed mixer for 1-10 minutes to obtain mixture, (3) adding plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant in the obtained mixture and then fully mixing for 1-20 minutes, (4) plasticizing the obtained mixture in the mixer at 100-150 degrees C, (5) passing the plasticized material into an open rubber mixing machine, and then mixing at 150-200 degrees C, and (6) extruding and filtering the obtained material, stretching the filtered material through a film stretching device and then adding lubricant.
