NOVELTY - A composite component (100) has layer (101) containing polymer and layer(s) of graphene (102). A portion or whole of the graphene is perpendicularly or incliningly arranged on the layer containing the polymer. USE - Composite component is used for electronic apparatus (claimed) e.g. electrode for lithium-ion battery, biosensor, electrochemical sensor, display device, capacitor, solar cell, semiconductor, screen, electronic paper and computer. ADVANTAGE - The composite component has wider surface area and exhibits improved electrochemical characteristics and excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite component, which involves coating the layer containing polymer on a conductive substrate, coating graphene on the layer containing the polymer, applying voltage to the conductive substrate, assembling a portion nor all portion of graphene, such that graphene is perpendicularly or incliningly arranged on the layer containing the polymer.
