NOVELTY - Antifreeze conductive grease comprises 20-40 pts. wt. base oil, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-graphite, 10-15 pts. wt. alumina, 5-10 pts. wt. aminated bentonite, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene, 5-9 pts. wt. composite zirconium-based thickener and 10-15 pts. wt. sulfur-phosphorus secondary alkyl zinc salts. USE - Used as antifreeze conductive grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease has excellent conductivity and high-performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antifreeze conductive grease comprising adding base oil, ammonia bentonite and graphene to reaction vessel at a rate of 400-600 revolution per minute, adding nano-graphite, alumina, thiophosphoric acid alkyl zinc salt for 20-60 minutes, and then adding lemon composite zirconium base thickener, stirring speed 300-500 revolution per minute for 1-1.5 hours to obtain yellowish antifreeze conductive grease.
