NOVELTY - The sensor has a conductive layer provided with a stacked structure formed by multiple graphene units, where the graphene units is multi-layer graphene and number of layer of the multi-layer graphite is 3 to 10 layers. The conductive layer is formed on the flexible substrate. A connecting electrode is provided with a first electrode and a second electrode that are respectively are arranged at two opposite ends of the conductive layer. USE - Graphene strain sensor for use in various field e.g. healthy medical treatment field. Uses include but are not limited to aerospace, building and human-computer interaction fields. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has a wide detection range and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene strain sensor manufacturing method.
