NOVELTY - Method for preparing high antibacterial far-infrared fluorinated graphene/styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) composite elastomer, involves (a) adding fluorinated graphene, softening oil, erucamide, ammonium perfluorooctanoate and oleamide to a planetary ball mill, and ball milling to obtain a preliminary material, (b) adding the preliminary material and SEBS thermoplastic elastomer material to an internal mixer, and mixing to obtain a fluorinated graphene/SEBS composite rubber, (c) placing the composite rubber in a fluorination chamber and performing fluorination treatment for 0.5-1 hour, and (d) adding the fluorinated graphene/SEBS composite rubber composite rubber after the fluorination treatment into a high compression ratio screw extruder for extrusion granulation to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing high antibacterial far-infrared fluorinated graphene/SEBS composite elastomer, which is used as a material for adult toy products, such as airplane cups and dildos (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite elastomer has excellent mechanical properties, lubricating properties, sterilization and antibacterial functions, and produces far-infrared effects at room temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing high antibacterial far-infrared fluorinated graphene/styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) composite elastomer, involves (a) adding 1-10 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 5-30 pts. wt. softening oil, 1-10 pts. wt. erucamide, 2-10 pts. wt. ammonium perfluorooctanoate and 1-5 pts. wt. oleamide to a planetary ball mill, and ball milling at a speed of 100-500 rpm for 5-24 hours to obtain a preliminary material, (b) adding 80-100 pts. wt. preliminary material and SEBS thermoplastic elastomer material to an internal mixer, and mixing at 30-60 degrees C for 3-12 hours to obtain a fluorinated graphene/SEBS composite rubber, (c) placing the composite rubber in a fluorination chamber, where the temperature of the fluorination chamber is 50-90 degrees C, the volume concentration of fluorine gas is 1-20%, and the other gas is high-purity argon with a volume purity of 99.999%, controlling the gas pressure displayed on the vacuum pressure gauge to be -0.05 MPa to 0.2 MPa, and performing fluorination treatment for 0.5-1 hour, and (d) adding the fluorinated graphene/SEBS composite rubber composite rubber after the fluorination treatment into a high compression ratio screw extruder for extrusion granulation to obtain the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the use of the highly antibacterial far-infrared fluorinated graphene/SEBS composite as a material for adult toy products.
