NOVELTY - Synthesis of ternary nano composite material comprises putting MCM-41 to hydrochloric acid (HCl) solution, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, adding aniline monomer, stirring uniformly, adding oxidant ammonium persulfate to HCl solution, reacting for 10-14 hours to obtain polyaniline, washing, centrifuging, drying MCM-41, adding polyaniline/MCM-41 to HCl solution, stirring, adding oxidized graphene suspension, stirring uniformly, processing hydrothermal reaction at 150 degrees C for 22-26 hours, washing, centrifuging and drying to obtain ternary composite material. USE - Method for synthesizing ternary nano composite material (claimed) used for super capacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The electrode is with specific capacitance of 2660 F/g, and has electrochemical activity, good stability and reproduction quality, and has long service life.
