NOVELTY - Impregnation modification treatment method of solid wood floor involves: placing plate with water content of 5-10% in supercritical device, using supercritical fluid carbon dioxide and 10-40 vol.% polyethylene glycol as carrier, and setting temperature parameter at 35-55degrees Celsius for 30-100 minutes at pressure parameter of 9-18 MPa and flow speed of 15-40 L/hour; introducing modified liquid into liquid storage tank of dipping device, placing plate on material trolley, transmitting guide rail to dipping tank, dipping, heating dipping tank at 40-60degrees Celsius, pre-vacuum treating for 10-20 minutes at vacuum degree of -0.095 MPa, introducing pre-configured modified liquid from liquid storage tank and pressurizing and dipping treatment, vacuum processing for 30 minutes at vacuum degree of -0.095 MPa, extracting redundant modified liquid, and taking out plate. USE - The method is used for impregnation modification treating solid wood floor for heating floor. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the size stability of the wood, enhances the stability and heat conducting performance of the product, and improves the whole performance of plate density and strength. The method uses supercritical pre-treatment to improve the permeability of the plate, increasing post-impregnation modification effect, at the same time, using polyethylene glycol to increase the post-implantation modification effect.
