USE - As graphene-boron nitride composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high thermal conductivity and adjustable electrical conductivity by controlling the relative content of the components and the reduction process, and has high insulating properties and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite film, involving (a) preparing the aqueous dispersion of hexagonal boron nitride by using cellulose nanocrystal-assisted ultrasonic dispersion method, (b) mixing the graphene oxide (GO) aqueous dispersion with the hexagonal boron nitride aqueous dispersion, and drying the coating to obtain a film, and (c) chemically reducing or annealing the film at a high temperature to obtain the target product.
