▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aerogel comprises organic montmorillonite and graphene oxide. USE - Aerogel used for adsorption and/or removal of uranium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has pore structure and large specific surface area. The experimental results of the removal of uranium in aqueous solution by aerogel adsorption shows that aerogel has excellent adsorption performance and removal rate of uranium is 96.34% if the mass ratio of graphene oxide and organic montmorillonite in aerogel is 8:2 or mass ratio of graphene oxide and organic montmorillonite in aerogel is 1:1, the uranium removal rate will be 91.02%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of aerogel which involves dispersing organic montmorillonite in deionized water, stirring for 2-4 hours, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature for 2 hours, adding graphene oxide to dispersion, stirring for 2 hours, ultrasonically processing the mixture at room temperature for 2 hours, vacuum drying at 55 degrees C, ultrasonically processing at room temperature for 2 hours, freezing mixture at 70 degrees C for 12 hours, placing in freeze dryer, and vacuum-drying at -50 to -70 degrees C; and (2) method of adsorbing and/or removing uranium which involves using aerogel and solution containing uranium. The mass to volume ratio of the aerogel to the solution is 1.5 g/L.
