NOVELTY - Epoxy oxidized graphene film comprises 30-40 pts. wt. epoxy emulsion, 100-110 pts. wt. oxidized graphene oxide, 6-10 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and 0.8-1 pts. wt. zinc stearate. USE - Used as epoxy oxidized graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has improved dispersion compatibility, and improved mechanical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene film comprising (i) adding aluminum dihydrogen phosphate into deionized water (10-16 times of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate), raising the temperature to 75-80 degrees C, adding diethylenetriamine, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain amine solution, (ii) adding zinc stearate into absolute ethanol (4-7 times of zinc stearate), and stirring uniformly to obtain alcohol dispersion, (iii) adding oxidized graphene oxide into alcohol dispersion, adding epoxy emulsion and sonicating for 10-40 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (iv) adding amine solution into the graphene oxide dispersion, the elevated temperature is 110-120 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours, suction filtrating, washing the filter cake with water and drying at room temperature to obtain modified graphene oxide, and (v) adding modified graphene oxide into dimethylformamide (18-20 times of modified graphene oxide), ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30 minutes, uniformly coating on a glass plate, adding into an oven, and drying at 70-75 degrees C for 10-13 hours, discharging, cooling and peeling off the film to obtain final product.
