▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fireproof and durable foam board comprises 87-89 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 15-17 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 12-14 pts. wt. furfuryl alcohol resin, 6-8 pts. wt. perlite powder, 6-8 pts. wt. maifanite, 6-8 pts. wt. chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 0.14-0.16 pts. wt. graphene and 0.05-0.07 pts. wt. palladium on carbon. USE - Used as fireproof and durable foam board. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of (I) has improves the heat resistance and the flexibility of the resin, enhance the pressure resistance of the foam board, and not easy to break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of fireproof and durable foam board comprising (i) heating polystyrene resin at 150-170 degrees C for 25-30 minutes and melting to obtain molten polystyrene resin, (ii) adding perlite powder, maifanite, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and palladium carbon into the molten polystyrene resin, stirring and melting at 180-190 degrees C for 40-50 minutes to obtain mixture A, (iii) mixing polycarbonate and furfuryl alcohol resin, heating at 160-170 degrees C, stirring and melting, adding graphene, mixing, and reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain mixture B, (iv) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, stirring at 180-190 degrees C in vacuo, cooling to -10 to -8 degrees C, and holding for 6-8 hours, heating at 210-230 degrees C at a rate of 0.7-0.9 degrees C/minutes and melting to obtain mixture C, and (v) adding the mixture C into the molding machine, molding and cooling to obtain final product.
