NOVELTY - Preparing shape memory polymers using perylene anhydride non covalent modified graphene comprises e.g. (i) adding graphene into a N-methyl pyrrolidone, ultrasonic dispersing, continuously ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, vacuum drying, (ii) adding polycaprolactone diol into a flask, heating and magnetically stirring under the nitrogen atmosphere until melting, adding N,N-dimethyl formamide and dibutyltin dilaurate, heating, (iii) taking perylene covalently modified graphene into a N,N-dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically dispersing, and (iv) stirring and reacting, heating and solidifying. USE - The method is useful for Preparing shape memory polymers using perylene anhydride non covalent modified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple operation, makes full use of synergistic enhancement effect perylo and graphene properties, has excellent mechanical property and has heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing shape memory polymers using perylene anhydride non covalent modified graphene comprises (i) adding 0.02 g graphene into a 80 ml N-methyl pyrrolidone, ultrasonic dispersing for 0.5-1 hours, adding 0.0037 g zinc acetate, 0.0392 g 3,4,9,10-perylene tetra-formic anhydride and 0.0242 g tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, continuously ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hours, under the nitrogen atmosphere at 180 degrees C for 10-14 hours, taking the reaction liquid into a absolute ethyl alcohol precipitation separation material, filtering, taking the obtained filtrate by vacuum drying to obtain purple black product called perylene anhydride covalently modified graphene, (ii) adding 4 g weight-average molecular weight of 1000 of polycaprolactone diol into a flask, heating at 80 degrees C and magnetically stirring under the nitrogen atmosphere until melting, adding 20 ml N,N-dimethyl formamide and 0.2 ml dibutyltin dilaurate, taking the mixture, heating at 105 degrees C for 20 minutes, reducing the temperature to 80 degrees C, adding 1 ml hexamethylene diisocyanate, reacting at 80 degrees C for 5 hours to obtain reaction liquid containing mixed liquid of terminal isocyanate polyurethane prepolymer, (iii) taking 0.07 g perylene covalently modified graphene obtained in the step (i) into a 25 ml N,N-dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hours to obtain perylene anhydride covalently modified graphene dispersion liquid, and (iv) taking perylene covalently modified graphene dispersion liquid obtained in the step (iii) and the mixing liquid of end isocyanate in the polyurethane prepolymer obtained in the step (ii), placing in the nitrogen atmosphere at 80 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 14 hours, pouring into a lower the preheated mold at 60 degrees C, heating and solidifying at 80 degrees C for 16 hours to obtain the shape memory polymer material.
