▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fracturing fluid gel comprises 0.01-0.2 wt.% nanomaterial, 0.1-0.5 wt.% guar gum, 0.1-0.5 wt.% organic boron-titanium cross-linking agent and the balance is water. The pH range of gel formation is 7-14. The organic boron-titanium crosslinking agent is prepared by dissolving a boron compound in an ethylene glycol solution of 1-3 hydroxy C3 alcohol and an alcohol amine to form a mixed solution, and adding a titanate compound to react. USE - Fracturing fluid gel used in guar gum fracturing fluid system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fracturing fluid gel is more stable network structure, and has good temperature resistance and shear resistance,and is used in guar gum fracturing fluid system, which reduces the dependence on pH and lightens the damage degree of high pH value to a reservoir. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1)a method of preparing the fracturing fluid gel, which involves: (a)dissolving 1-3 hydroxyl C3 alcohol and alcohol amine in ethylene glycol, mixing uniformly;(b)adding a boron compound in proportion, stirring continuously at the temperature of 40-80degrees Celsius until boron is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution, the user can use the device to perform the operation;(c)adding titanate compound into the obtained mixed solution in proportion, heating to 50-90degrees Celsius for reaction to obtain stable organic boron-titanium crosslinking agent solution;(d) preparing a guanidine gum solution with specific proportion, swelling completely the guanidine gum solution;(e)adding a nano material;(f)mixing uniformly to completely disperse the nano material in the guanidine gum solution to obtain swelled guanidine gum base solution, and mixing uniformly the guanidine gum base solution and the organic boron-titanium crosslinking agent, and crosslinking under the gelling pH value condition to obtain the fracturing fluid gel; and (2)a guar gum fracturing fluid system, which comprises:a fracturing fluid gel, a gel breaker and a drainage aid, the gel breaker is ammonium persulfate or potassium persulfate, and the drainage aid is a fluorocarbon surfactant.
