▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of gold octahedral-graphene composite nanomaterial involves (i) adding 18-22 ml ethylene glycol and 0.39-0.41 ml polyethylene to 0.7-0.8 ml 1 M phosphoric acid, mixing, adding 0.015-0.02 ml 0.5 kg chloroauric acid, reacting at room temperature for 12-18 minutes, heat preserving at 185-195 degrees C for 25-35 minutes to obtain gold octahedral nanostructure solution, (ii) diluting the gold octahedral nanostructure solution with 14-16 ml alcohol, ultrasonically treating, and spin-coating the solution on a single layer of graphene using a washer. USE - Preparation of gold octahedral-graphene composite nanomaterial used in sensing chip of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) sensing chip; and (2) preparation of sensing chip.
