NOVELTY - Carbon-based cathode comprises cathode material and an electrolyte, where the cathode material is three-dimensional graphene-carbon ball sponge complex, the three-dimensional graphene-carbon ball sponge complex is three-dimensional graphene-carbon ball sponge with complex three-dimensional structure, the three-dimensional structure is a three-dimensional structure composed of graphene coated carbon ball sponge, so that the carbon ball sponge body in the three-dimensional structure based on the graphene electronic conduction, preferably, the electrolyte is sodium/potassium salt ester electrolyte. USE - Carbon-based cathode for sodium/potassium ion battery.
