NOVELTY - A primary and secondary catalytic metal layers are bonded to each other. Primary and secondary catalytic metal films are provided on surface of obtained product, and carrier layers are formed. The primary and secondary carrier layers are formed on surface of primary and secondary release adhesive tapes. The primary and secondary catalytic metal layer separates primary and secondary substrates, the catalyst metal film formed on the primary substrate is removed, and the primary carrier layer is removed, to obtain graphene film. USE - Manufacture of graphene film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A primary and secondary catalytic metal layers are bonded to each other. Primary and secondary catalytic metal films are provided on surface of obtained product, and carrier layers are formed. The primary and secondary carrier layers are formed on surface of primary and secondary release adhesive tapes. The primary and secondary catalytic metal layer separates primary and secondary substrates, the catalyst metal film formed on the primary substrate is removed, the primary carrier layer bonded to the primary release tape is removed, and the primary carrier layer is removed, to obtain graphene film.
