NOVELTY - Aqueous -based bi-component graphene solid color paint for electrostatic coating comprises main agent, curing agent and water with a mass ratio of 100:(10-20):(5-10). The main ingredient includes 30-60 wt.% waterborne hydroxy acrylic graphene complex dispersion 1-3 wt.% dispersant, 10-30 wt.% titanium dioxide, 2-6 wt.% film-forming aid, 0.3-0.6 wt.% defoamer, 0.1-0.2 wt.% leveling agent, 0.2-1 wt.% thickener, 5-8 wt.% hand feeling aid, and 0-15 wt.% water. The curing agent includes 60-100 wt.% HDI water dispersible isocyanate, 0-40 wt.% propylene glycol methyl ether acetate. USE - The aqueous bi-component graphene real color paint is useful for electrostatic coating and in furniture coating field. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous bi-component graphene real color paint has excellent electrostatic adsorption, good paint continuity, no piton surface, hand feeling smooth, water resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and improved paint surface effect and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the arbitrary described waterborne two-component graphene solid color paint comprising (a) adding the water-based hydroxyacrylic acid graphene complex dispersion into the material preparation tank, adding the dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer and titanium dioxide at a rate of 600-800 rpm, and adding the dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer and titanium dioxide at a rate of 800-1200 rpm, dispersing at a rate of /min until the scraper has no shrinkage cavity and the fineness is ≤30μm, adding the mixture of the film-forming aid and the water at a rate of 600-800 rpm, and continue to disperse for 10-20 minutes, adding most of the thickener, and dispersing at a speed of 1000-2000 rpm until the fineness is ≤30μm without oil shrinkage, adding the hand feeling aid and the remaining water at a rate of 800-1500 rpm, adjusting the viscosity with the remaining thickener, dispersing until the fineness is ≤30μm without oil shrinkage, and obtaining the main agent, (ii) mixing curing agent according to the raw material ratio and stirring evenly, and (iii) mixing the main agent and curing agent evenly, adding the water to adjust the viscosity, and starting construction.
