NOVELTY - Manufacture of recyclable thermosetting polymer composite film involves preparing amino graphene aqueous solution, adding paraformaldehyde and aprotic solvent/water mixture, reacting at 60-100 degrees C for 0.1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, dissolving aromatic diamine and/or aromatic triamine in an aprotic solvent, mixing prepared solutions, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature for 0-60 minutes, heating at 30-80 degrees C for 1-60 minutes, applying solution in a horizontal glass plate, drying at 60-120 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, and further drying at 160-200 degrees C for 2-6 hours. USE - Manufacture of recyclable thermosetting polymer composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermosetting polymer composite film having excellent mechanical properties including Young's modulus, tensile strength and breakage elongation is manufactured.
